Responsibility
- Develop and execute high-quality, engaging content across multiple platforms (social media, blogs, videos, etc.) aligned with brand voice and goals.
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) to refine strategies and improve ROI.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and creative alignment.
- Manage and grow online communities by fostering discussions, responding to feedback, and implementing engagement initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Optimize content for SEO and accessibility, ensuring maximum visibility and inclusivity.
- Create and maintain a content calendar to streamline publishing schedules and campaign timelines.
- Produce multimedia content (graphics, videos, infographics) using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience (2+ years) in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative writing, visual content, or campaign examples.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights), and design software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and keyword optimization.
