Responsibility
- Coordinate with project managers to determine material requirements and procurement timelines.
- Source, negotiate, and order construction materials from local and international suppliers.
- Monitor and track deliveries to ensure timely arrival at project sites.
- Prepare and maintain procurement documents, including purchase orders, invoices, and contracts.
- Liaise with vendors to resolve discrepancies, delays, or quality issues.
- Conduct market research to identify cost-effective and high-quality material options.
- Assist in inventory management and reconcile procurement records with project budgets.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and local regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or construction material sourcing.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and procurement software.
- Familiarity with construction materials, specifications, and industry standards.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other local languages is a plus.
