Responsibility

  • Ensure timely acquisition and renewal of all necessary permits, licenses, and clearances from government agencies (e.g., HLURB/DHSUD, LGU, DENR).
  • Conduct regular internal audits to assess adherence to established company policies and statutory requirements.
  • Provide expert advice to department heads on regulatory implications of new project initiatives or business processes.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the company and government regulatory bodies for compliance-related inquiries and inspections.
  • Monitor changes in legislation and industry standards, updating internal processes to maintain continuous compliance.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports for management detailing compliance status, potential risks, and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in regulatory compliance or legal affairs, ideally within the property development or construction sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of Philippine real estate laws, zoning ordinances, and environmental regulations.
