Responsibility
- Conduct regular compliance checks on tourist guiding services, accommodations, and related businesses.
- Assist in enforcing local and national tourism regulations and standards.
- Document and report violations, non-compliance issues, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with local authorities, tourism boards, and stakeholders to promote compliance.
- Provide guidance and education to businesses on regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Prepare detailed reports on inspection findings and enforcement actions.
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on evolving tourism regulations.
- Support investigations into complaints or incidents related to tourism services.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in compliance, enforcement, or tourism-related roles.
- Strong understanding of local and national tourism regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in documentation, reporting, and data management.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel across various locations in Bali as required.
