Responsibility
- Lead safe and engaging ATV tours for groups of varying sizes and skill levels, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
- Provide clear, professional briefings on ATV operation, safety gear usage, and trail rules before each tour.
- Monitor weather and trail conditions, adjusting routes as needed to ensure guest safety and enjoyment.
- Assist guests with equipment fitting (helmets, gloves, etc.) and ATV operation, offering hands-on support when necessary.
- Share local knowledge about Baliās culture, history, and landmarks to enhance the guest experience.
- Perform pre- and post-tour vehicle inspections to ensure ATVs are in optimal working condition.
- Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently, including first aid and evacuation procedures if required.
- Maintain a positive, enthusiastic attitude to create a fun and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an ATV guide, outdoor instructor, or in a similar adventure tourism role (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Strong safety awareness and knowledge of off-road vehicle operation and maintenance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse groups of guests.
- Physical fitness and ability to endure long hours outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain one).
- Familiarity with Baliās terrain and popular ATV routes is a plus.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin, Japanese) are advantageous.
- Valid driverās license and clean driving record.
