Responsibility
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams, ensuring residents' physical and emotional needs are met.
- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and mobility support, while promoting independence and dignity.
- Monitor and document residents' health status, reporting any changes or concerns to senior staff or physicians promptly.
- Provide emotional and social support to residents and their families, fostering a warm and inclusive environment.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic living space for residents.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices in geriatric care.
- Respond to emergencies and provide first aid or CPR as needed, ensuring resident safety at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid nursing license (e.g., Registered Nurse or equivalent) recognized in Indonesia.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in nursing, preferably in geriatric care, long-term care, or a nursing home setting.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, nursing procedures, and geriatric health conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care, with a commitment to upholding residents' dignity and rights.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as part of a 3-shift rotation.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills for documentation and electronic health records (EHR).
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or Balinese is a plus.
