Responsibility
- Develop and execute community engagement strategies to promote Royal Progress Hospital’s services in Bali.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local community leaders, medical representatives, and healthcare providers.
- Organize and participate in health awareness campaigns, workshops, and outreach events.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling promotional materials tailored to community needs.
- Track and report on sales activities, community feedback, and campaign performance.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends, competitor activities, and community healthcare needs.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with hospital policies and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Community Sales Executive, Medical Representative (Medrep), or similar role in hospitals, clinics, or healthcare providers (e.g., Prodia).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated track record in building and sustaining community relationships.
- Familiarity with Bali’s healthcare landscape and local communities is a plus.
- Self-motivated with excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local dialects are advantageous.
- Willingness to travel frequently across assigned regions (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
