In this dynamic role, you’ll identify and nurture new community leads, develop strategic partnerships, and execute outreach initiatives to boost driver engagement across Bali’s most thriving areas—from Canggu to Nusa Dua. Your work will directly contribute to scaling our operations and enhancing our market presence in one of Indonesia’s most exciting regions.

Responsibility
- Identify and evaluate new community leads and partnership opportunities to expand driver engagement in Bali.
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to acquire and onboard new communities and partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders, including community leaders and business partners.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align engagement initiatives with company goals.
- Monitor and report on the performance of community and partner engagement activities.
- Organize and participate in local events, workshops, and networking sessions to promote brand visibility.
- Gather feedback from communities and partners to refine engagement strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in community engagement, partnership development, or a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven track record in identifying and converting leads into successful partnerships.
- Familiarity with Bali’s local market and community dynamics is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
