Responsibility
- Develop and execute community engagement strategies to strengthen brand presence and loyalty.
- Plan and coordinate brand activation events, both online and offline, to enhance visibility and engagement.
- Manage and grow community platforms (social media, forums, etc.) to foster meaningful interactions.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and creative teams to align brand messaging and campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze community feedback and engagement metrics to refine strategies.
- Identify and leverage influencer and partnership opportunities to amplify brand reach.
- Create compelling content (posts, newsletters, etc.) to engage and inform the community.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure innovative approaches.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in community management, brand activation, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and community engagement tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop unique and impactful campaigns.
