Responsibility

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in collections, customer service, or administrative roles.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with financial software or CRM systems.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail.
