Responsibility
- Contact customers via phone, email, or in-person to facilitate timely payments.
- Negotiate payment plans and resolve discrepancies with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and customer interactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts to minimize delinquencies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve collection processes.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on collection activities and outcomes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in collections and customer service.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in collections, customer service, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using collection software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
