Responsibility

  • Lead and inspire a team of fitness professionals, front desk staff, and trainers to deliver exceptional member experiences and uphold the highest standards of service.
  • Oversee daily operations, including facility management, class scheduling, equipment maintenance, and member engagement initiatives to ensure smooth and efficient club performance.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies in collaboration with the sales team to drive membership growth, retention, and revenue generation.
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, expense management, and revenue tracking, to meet or exceed business targets.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive club culture that aligns with our brand values, encouraging member loyalty and community building.
  • Provide regular feedback and reports to senior management on club performance, member feedback, and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with all local regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for members and staff.
  • Drive marketing and promotional initiatives, including social media campaigns, events, and partnerships, to enhance brand visibility and attract new members.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role within the fitness, wellness, or hospitality industry, preferably in a gym or health club setting.
  • Strong business acumen, with experience in sales, marketing, and financial management to drive club performance and growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with members, staff, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Passion for fitness and wellness, with a deep understanding of industry trends, member needs, and best practices in club management.
  • Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, train, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges and seizing opportunities.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
  • Familiarity with Bali’s fitness market and local business environment is highly desirable.
