Responsibility
- Lead the design, implementation, and management of Huawei Cloud infrastructure to support Omni-Channel retail operations.
- Optimize cloud resources for cost-efficiency, performance, and scalability to meet business demands.
- Collaborate with IT, development, and business teams to align cloud strategies with retail innovation goals.
- Ensure high availability, security, and compliance of cloud systems in accordance with industry best practices.
- Monitor and troubleshoot cloud services, proactively resolving issues to minimize downtime.
- Develop and enforce cloud governance policies, including access controls, backup, and disaster recovery plans.
- Drive automation initiatives (CI/CD, IaC) to accelerate deployment and reduce manual overhead.
- Stay ahead of emerging cloud technologies and recommend solutions to enhance retail agility and customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven 5+ years of experience in cloud operations, with expertise in Huawei Cloud, AWS, or Azure.
- Strong background in managing enterprise cloud environments, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
- Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible).
- Certifications in Huawei Cloud, AWS, or Azure (e.g., HCIA, AWS Solutions Architect) are highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Familiarity with retail tech systems (POS, ERP, e-commerce platforms) is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills to bridge technical and business stakeholders.
