V.Group is looking for a talented and driven Cloud Infrastructure Engineer specializing in Azure and Containerization to join our dynamic global IT team in Paranaque City. As a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining our next-generation cloud environments. You will leverage your expertise in Azure, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to build highly scalable, resilient, and secure systems that support our worldwide maritime operations. Responsibility
- Design, provision, and manage secure, scalable, and highly available Azure cloud infrastructure.
- Orchestrate and manage containerized workloads using Kubernetes (AKS) and Docker.
- Lead global technical projects and execute IT infrastructure integration activities for Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A).
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) templates utilizing Terraform or Azure Bicep.
- Build and optimize automated CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery and infrastructure deployments.
- Proactively monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex cloud infrastructure issues, and implement robust disaster recovery strategies.
- Collaborate closely with global security and compliance teams to ensure all cloud deployments meet enterprise standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Azure Cloud Engineering and administration.
- Strong expertise in Kubernetes (AKS) cluster management, containerization (Docker), and microservices architecture.
- Proven experience writing and managing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD concepts and experience with tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
- Prior experience participating in corporate IT integration, system migrations, or M&A projects is highly advantageous.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Azure DevOps Engineer, or Certified Kubernetes Administrator) are preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse, global teams.
