Responsibility
- Design, deploy, and maintain robust cloud infrastructure on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation to ensure consistent environments.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and optimize cloud resources for cost and efficiency.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes.
- Ensure high security standards by implementing cloud identity management, encryption, and compliance best practices.
- Manage cloud-native databases and storage solutions to ensure data integrity and high availability.
- Participate in on-call rotations and incident response to maintain 99.9% system uptime.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in cloud engineering or DevOps roles.
- Strong proficiency in at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure) with relevant certifications preferred.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Solid understanding of Linux/Unix administration and networking fundamentals.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Go for automation tasks.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
