Directio is seeking a highly skilled Cloud and Wintel Administrator to join our infrastructure team in Alabang. This is a strategic role for an expert with over 10 years of experience, responsible for managing complex hybrid cloud environments and robust Wintel enterprise systems.
In this hybrid role, you will be the backbone of our server infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security for our global operations. We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of up to ₱160,000, plus monthly transport and communication allowances. Responsibility
- Manage, maintain, and optimize enterprise-level Wintel server environments and hybrid cloud infrastructure.
- Lead the design and implementation of server virtualization and cloud migration strategies.
- Perform proactive monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting of core system issues.
- Execute complex OS deployments, patches, and security updates across global server fleets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to support cloud-native application deployments.
- Implement disaster recovery, backup, and high-availability solutions to meet strict SLAs.
- Document system configurations, operational procedures, and technical architecture blueprints.
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and mentorship to junior systems administrators.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of professional experience in Windows Server Administration (Wintel).
- Strong expertise in Cloud Infrastructure management (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Advanced knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Windows Server 2016/2019/2022.
- Proven track record of managing enterprise virtualization platforms (VMware or Hyper-V).
- Experience with automation and scripting tools (PowerShell, Python, or Ansible).
- Solid understanding of cloud security best practices and compliance standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in a global environment.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., MCSE, Azure Administrator, AWS Solutions Architect) are highly preferred.
