Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the clinical sector across Malaysia and Singapore.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and hospital administrators.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to educate clients on the features and benefits of Fluke Corporation's medical solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute campaigns that drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand professional connections and promote Fluke Corporation's products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical sales, medical device sales, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, clinical workflows, and healthcare regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel frequently within Malaysia and Singapore.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
