Responsibility
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for healthcare professionals to ensure proper usage and adoption.
- Provide clinical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers, addressing technical and operational inquiries.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for product promotion and market penetration.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify product improvements and inform future developments.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and regulatory requirements to maintain product compliance.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to represent the company and network with key stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Prepare and deliver reports on product performance, market trends, and customer insights to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical, sales, or product specialist role within the healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to travel within the region to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Fluency in English; additional languages, particularly Bahasa Indonesia, are a plus.
