Responsibility
- Design, implement, and evaluate clinical education programs for nursing students and staff to ensure alignment with evidence-based practices and regulatory standards.
- Provide hands-on coaching, mentorship, and feedback to nursing students and junior staff during clinical rotations and practical training sessions.
- Develop and assess competency frameworks to ensure nursing staff demonstrate proficiency in clinical skills, patient safety protocols, and critical thinking.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to identify training needs, address skill gaps, and promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of clinical education initiatives through performance metrics, feedback, and quality improvement processes.
- Ensure compliance with local and international nursing standards, accreditation requirements, and best practices in patient care.
- Facilitate workshops, simulations, and in-service training sessions to enhance clinical skills, communication, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Serve as a role model for professionalism, ethical practice, and patient-centered care in all clinical and educational settings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent; Master’s degree in Nursing, Nursing Education, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Current and valid nursing license (e.g., Indonesian Nursing License or equivalent international certification).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a teaching, mentoring, or preceptorship role.
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based nursing practices, clinical guidelines, and patient safety protocols.
- Experience in curriculum development, competency assessment, and clinical education program design.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage diverse learners and healthcare teams.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, adaptability, and a passion for nursing education and professional development.
