Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for the beauty and aesthetic industry? Seven Retail Group is looking for a dynamic Clinic Sales Manager to represent Sozo Skin in our premium Bali location. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our clinic's commercial success, acting as a brand ambassador who delivers excellence to our high-end clientele.
We are seeking a solo operator who is comfortable managing the end-to-end sales lifecycle—from initial patient consultation to closing premium package deals. If you possess excellent interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of skincare trends, and a hunger for exceeding sales targets, we want to hear from you.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed individual and clinic-wide revenue targets.
- Conduct professional, consultative one-on-one sessions with clients to understand their aesthetic needs and recommend personalized treatment plans.
- Proactively upsell and cross-sell premium skincare products and high-end aesthetic services to enhance client value.
- Maintain a high conversion rate of inquiries and walk-ins into long-term, loyal clinic members.
- Manage the customer experience from arrival to post-treatment follow-up to ensure maximum satisfaction and retention.
- Provide regular sales reports and market insights to management regarding customer feedback and service performance.
- Ensure the clinic's reception and retail area remain in pristine condition, reflecting the premium quality of the Sozo Skin brand.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales, ideally within the beauty, luxury retail, or aesthetic medical industry.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
- Strong command of English; proficiency in additional languages is considered a significant advantage.
- High level of professional grooming and a genuine passion for premium skincare and beauty solutions.
- Ability to work independently as a solo lead while maintaining high standards of operational excellence.
- Strong computer literacy and experience using CRM or clinic management software for sales tracking.
- Flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays as required by the retail/clinic environment.
