Responsibility
- Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth workflow, staff coordination, and adherence to SOZO Skinâs high standards of service.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of skincare specialists, therapists, and administrative staff to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive clinic revenue, client retention, and service upselling while maintaining profitability.
- Monitor inventory of skincare products, equipment, and supplies, placing orders and managing vendor relationships as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, as well as company policies and industry best practices.
- Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally, resolving issues to maintain a positive reputation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote clinic services, special offers, and loyalty programs through digital and local channels.
- Prepare regular reports on clinic performance, financial metrics, and client feedback for senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. A background in dermatology or aesthetics is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinic, spa, or healthcare management, with a proven track record in team leadership and operations.
- Strong knowledge of skincare treatments, beauty industry trends, and client consultation techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills to manage staff and client relationships effectively.
- Proficiency in clinic management software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to drive business growth through strategic planning and customer engagement.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Indonesian is highly advantageous.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required by clinic schedules.
