Responsibility
- Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring compliance with medical and aesthetic industry standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of skin care specialists, nurses, and administrative staff.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance clinic performance, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.
- Maintain inventory of medical and cosmetic products, ensuring adequate stock levels and cost control.
- Monitor and enforce strict hygiene, safety, and sanitation protocols in accordance with health regulations.
- Handle client inquiries, consultations, and complaints with professionalism and discretion.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote clinic services through digital and local channels.
- Prepare regular reports on clinic performance, financials, and client feedback for senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, Business Administration, or related field. Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in clinic or healthcare management, preferably in dermatology or aesthetic medicine.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven track record in operational excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Indonesian.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, skin care treatments, and industry regulations.
- Proficiency in clinic management software, MS Office, and basic financial analysis.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering high-end service experiences.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as required by clinic operations.
