Responsibility
- Assist doctors and medical staff in patient consultations, examinations, and treatments.
- Prepare and maintain examination rooms, ensuring all equipment and supplies are clean, sterile, and ready for use.
- Greet and register patients, verify their information, and manage appointment schedules efficiently.
- Handle administrative tasks, including patient records, billing, and insurance documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Provide basic patient care, such as taking vital signs, escorting patients to treatment areas, and offering comfort and support.
- Coordinate with laboratory and pharmacy teams to ensure timely processing of tests and prescriptions.
- Monitor inventory of medical supplies and place orders as needed to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Uphold strict hygiene and safety protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Minimum diploma or certificate in Nursing, Medical Assisting, or a related healthcare field.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in a clinical, hospital, or medical office setting is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients, doctors, and staff.
- Proficiency in basic medical terminology, procedures, and administrative software.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Compassionate and patient-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
