Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the daily operations of the Client Receivables and Bank team, ensuring timely and accurate processing of financing transactions.
- Monitor and improve team performance through coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and financial standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and streamline processes.
- Prepare and present reports on team productivity, transaction volumes, and key performance indicators.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
- Act as the primary point of contact for escalated client inquiries and issue resolution.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial regulations and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in receivables, banking operations, or financial processing.
- Proven leadership experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Strong understanding of financial transactions, reconciliation, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and collaborate with teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
