As a Client Onboarding Specialist, you will be the bridge between our clients and internal teams, ensuring a smooth, compliant, and efficient onboarding process. Your expertise in KYC, compliance, claims processing, or implementation will be instrumental in delivering exceptional service while maintaining regulatory standards.

Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end client onboarding processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Verify and validate client documentation in compliance with KYC and AML regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, legal, operations) to streamline onboarding workflows.
  • Resolve client inquiries and escalations promptly to enhance satisfaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date records in CRM systems and ensure data integrity.
  • Identify process improvements to reduce onboarding time and enhance efficiency.
  • Conduct compliance checks and risk assessments for new client accounts.
  • Provide training and support to junior team members on onboarding best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1-5 years of experience in client onboarding, KYC, compliance, claims processing, or implementation.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g., AML, GDPR).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and teams.
  • Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid setup with flexibility for occasional night shifts (10% differential).
  • Prior experience in BPO or financial services is a plus.
