As a Client Onboarding Specialist, you will be the bridge between our clients and internal teams, ensuring a smooth, compliant, and efficient onboarding process. Your expertise in KYC, compliance, claims processing, or implementation will be instrumental in delivering exceptional service while maintaining regulatory standards.

Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end client onboarding processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Verify and validate client documentation in compliance with KYC and AML regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, legal, operations) to streamline onboarding workflows.
- Resolve client inquiries and escalations promptly to enhance satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date records in CRM systems and ensure data integrity.
- Identify process improvements to reduce onboarding time and enhance efficiency.
- Conduct compliance checks and risk assessments for new client accounts.
- Provide training and support to junior team members on onboarding best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-5 years of experience in client onboarding, KYC, compliance, claims processing, or implementation.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g., AML, GDPR).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and teams.
- Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup with flexibility for occasional night shifts (10% differential).
- Prior experience in BPO or financial services is a plus.
