Responsibility
- Process and review insurance claims in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Verify and validate claim documentation for completeness and accuracy.
- Liaise with clients, insurers, and internal teams to gather necessary information and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain meticulous records of all claims activities in the company database.
- Provide timely and professional communication to stakeholders regarding claim status and outcomes.
- Identify and escalate potential fraud or irregularities in claims submissions.
- Assist in preparing reports and analytics on claims processing performance.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, best practices, and company procedures.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
