Responsibility
- Process and validate customer claim submissions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Verify the completeness and authenticity of claim-related documents.
- Prepare detailed summaries and reports for claims analysis and management review.
- Liaise with customers, insurance providers, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies or missing information.
- Maintain organized records of all claims, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Identify trends or recurring issues in claims data and propose process improvements.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly claims performance reports.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and updating stakeholders on claim status.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in claims processing, insurance administration, or a related administrative role.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data entry tools; familiarity with claims management software is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of insurance policies, claim procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving approach.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
