Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in claims processing, insurance administration, or a related administrative role.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data entry tools; familiarity with claims management software is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
