Responsibility
- Assist senior engineers in planning, designing, and overseeing construction projects
- Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation
- Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress to ensure compliance with designs and regulations
- Perform calculations and analysis for structural integrity and material requirements
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and government agencies on project execution
- Participate in quality control and safety inspections on construction sites
- Assist in preparing cost estimates and project timelines
- Document project developments and prepare progress reports for stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
- Basic knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction methods
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or other engineering design software is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Willingness to work on-site and travel to project locations as needed
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
- Basic understanding of Indonesian construction regulations is advantageous
