Responsibility
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company goals and financial services growth objectives.
- Lead brand management, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning across all channels, including digital, print, and events.
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing, to drive customer engagement and lead generation.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to create data-driven marketing plans that enhance customer acquisition and retention.
- Manage budget allocation for marketing activities, optimizing ROI and tracking KPIs to measure performance.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with vendors, agencies, and industry stakeholders to amplify brand reach.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovative marketing initiatives in the financial sector.
- Mentor and lead the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum educational requirement: Diploma-3 in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior marketing role, preferably within the financial services or fintech industry.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building high-performing marketing teams.
- In-depth knowledge of financial products and services, with the ability to translate complex concepts into compelling marketing messages.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems) to drive decision-making.
