Responsibility
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement in the financial services sector.
- Lead digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing, to generate high-quality leads.
- Oversee brand management, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Manage the marketing budget, optimizing spend for maximum ROI and impact.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights to refine strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma-3 in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a marketing leadership role, preferably within the financial services or fintech industry.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Indonesian.
