Responsibility

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and business growth for BRI Finance.
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing, to enhance online presence and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Oversee market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the financial services sector.
  • Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure maximum ROI and efficiency across all campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, vendors, and industry influencers.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and creativity within the marketing team, encouraging continuous improvement and professional growth.

Qualifications

  • Minimum education: Diploma-3 (D3) in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field. A bachelor’s or master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing leadership roles, preferably within the financial services or fintech industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams and stakeholders.
