Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition in the banking sector.
- Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing, to enhance online visibility.
- Oversee market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with product teams to launch and promote new banking products and services.
- Manage brand positioning, messaging, and corporate identity to ensure consistency across all channels.
- Optimize marketing budgets and ROI by analyzing campaign performance and adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media, partners, and stakeholders to amplify brand reach.
- Drive customer retention and loyalty programs to increase engagement and lifetime value.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the banking or financial services sector.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics, and performance metrics (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Deep knowledge of the Indonesian financial market, regulatory environment, and consumer behavior.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
