Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote BRI Finance's automotive financing products.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve business growth and customer acquisition targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealerships, financial institutions, and other key stakeholders.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, digital campaigns, and promotional events.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies and ensure ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all marketing activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably in the financial or automotive industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of driving results.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and data analytics.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian financial market and regulatory environment.
