Responsibility
- Oversee the preparation and maintenance of accurate financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Ensure timely and accurate statutory and management reporting in compliance with local and international accounting standards.
- Lead tax compliance and filing processes, including corporate income tax, VAT, and other regulatory requirements.
- Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all financial data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to facilitate audits and tax reviews.
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to drive business growth and profitability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, GAAP, and IFRS.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
