As a Chargeman A4, you will oversee the daily operations and maintenance of high-voltage electrical systems, ensuring compliance with local and international standards. Responsibility
- Supervise and execute high-voltage electrical system operations (up to 33kV) in compliance with PUIL and PUSB regulations.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on critical power distribution systems, switchgears, transformers, and backup generators.
- Monitor and ensure the reliability of electrical infrastructure supporting satellite ground stations and data centers.
- Lead emergency response protocols for electrical faults, outages, or system failures to minimize downtime.
- Perform routine inspections, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical equipment using advanced diagnostic tools.
- Maintain accurate logbooks, reports, and documentation of all electrical activities for compliance and auditing purposes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute system upgrades or expansions.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols (LOTO, PPE, arc flash) and conduct safety training for junior staff.
Qualifications
- Certified Chargeman A4 (Electrical) license from the Indonesian Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in high-voltage electrical maintenance, preferably in telecommunications, data centers, or industrial facilities.
- In-depth knowledge of power distribution systems, switchgear, transformers, and UPS systems.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to diagnose complex electrical issues under pressure.
- Familiarity with SCADA systems, PLCs, or industrial automation is a plus.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Willingness to work in 12-hour shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays) in a 24/7 operational environment.
