Responsibility
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, email, print) aligned with brand goals and KPIs.
- Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycle, from strategy and content creation to performance analysis and optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, sales, analytics) to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and social media insights to refine strategies.
- Identify and leverage emerging trends, platforms, and technologies to enhance audience engagement and reach.
- Oversee budget allocation across channels, ensuring cost-effective spend and maximum ROI.
- Build and maintain relationships with media partners, influencers, and vendors to amplify campaign impact.
- Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate results and recommendations to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in campaign management, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of designing and executing successful multi-channel campaigns with measurable results.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp), analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), and CRM systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
