Responsibility
- Design, implement, and manage enterprise Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) solutions.
- Administer and maintain certificate authorities (CAs) and certificate services.
- Monitor and troubleshoot PKI-related issues to ensure system availability and performance.
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to integrate PKI solutions with other systems and applications.
- Develop and enforce policies and procedures for certificate management and PKI operations.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and stakeholders on PKI-related matters.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in PKI and certificate management technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Certificate Management / Microsoft PKI Engineer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of PKI concepts, technologies, and best practices.
- Experience with Microsoft PKI solutions and certificate management tools.
- Familiarity with security standards and compliance requirements (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate) are a plus.
