Responsibility
- Perform installation, calibration, and preventive maintenance of CBCT imaging systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair complex dental chair units and integrated control systems.
- Provide prompt technical support and onsite troubleshooting for dental clinics across Singapore.
- Conduct equipment testing to ensure adherence to safety standards and clinical performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate service records and equipment performance logs.
- Collaborate with the sales and clinical training teams to provide technical demonstrations.
- Manage inventory of essential spare parts and diagnostic tools.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory health and safety protocols regarding medical equipment.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, or a related technical field.
- At least 1-3 years of hands-on experience in medical device maintenance, specifically dental equipment.
- Strong knowledge of electronics, electrical circuitry, and mechanical systems.
- Proficiency in reading technical schematics and equipment manuals.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and a detail-oriented approach to troubleshooting.
- Valid Class 3 driving license is a significant advantage for field travel.
- Candidates with experience in radiological equipment or imaging software will be prioritized.
