Responsibility
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitive insights in the Bali F&B sector.
- Support Category Managers in developing and implementing strategic product plans to drive brand growth and profitability.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling product narratives and campaigns tailored to the local market.
- Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and performance metrics to refine product offerings and pricing strategies.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless product launches and inventory management.
- Monitor industry developments and propose innovative product ideas to maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management to support data-driven decision-making.
- Participate in local events, trade shows, and partnerships to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in product management, category management, or strategic marketing, preferably in the F&B or retail industry.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics, or BI tools).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with the Bali market dynamics and consumer behavior is a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is highly advantageous.
- Passion for the coffee industry and a deep understanding of product lifecycle management.
