Responsibility
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service throughout their dining experience.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
- Handle cash and card transactions with precision and integrity.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service or cashier role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10 kg.
