Responsibility
- Manage cash, credit card, and digital payment transactions with 100% accuracy.
- Greet guests warmly and facilitate a smooth and efficient checkout process.
- Maintain a spotless and organized POS station throughout the shift.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and billing concerns with a professional and helpful attitude.
- Perform daily cash reconciliations and generate shift financial reports.
- Collaborate with floor staff to ensure seamless communication during peak dining hours.
- Promote loyalty programs and ongoing promotions to enhance the guest experience.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols while working at the register.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a cashier or front-office role, preferably in the F&B or hospitality sector.
- Strong proficiency in using POS systems and electronic payment terminals.
- Excellent communication skills with a good command of English (written and verbal).
- High level of integrity, honesty, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and a friendly, service-oriented mindset.
- Able to remain calm and efficient under pressure during busy restaurant shifts.
