Responsibility
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service at all times.
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, cooking, and plating dishes.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and high-quality meal service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in both front-of-house and back-of-house areas.
- Handle cash and card payments while adhering to financial procedures.
- Resolve customer inquiries or complaints with a solutions-oriented approach.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards rigorously.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in cashiering, customer service, or culinary roles (preferred but not required).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact warmly with diverse customers.
- Basic math and cash-handling abilities.
