Responsibility
- Process customer payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Maintain and reconcile daily cash registers and financial records.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock tracking and order processing.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Support the team with scheduling, correspondence, and office organization.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in administration or finance is a plus.
- Proven experience as a cashier, administrative assistant, or in a similar role.
