Responsibility
- Process and verify Cash on Delivery (COD) transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Reconcile daily financial records and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Generate and maintain detailed financial reports for management review.
- Collaborate with logistics and customer service teams to ensure smooth COD operations.
- Monitor and track COD payments to ensure timely collections and deposits.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records in compliance with company policies.
- Assist in auditing processes and provide necessary documentation as required.
- Utilize financial software and tools to streamline administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in financial administration, bookkeeping, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling financial data.
- Prior experience in logistics or e-commerce industries is a plus.
