Responsibility
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
- Coordinate workshop scheduling and job assignments for service technicians.
- Provide accurate service quotations and explain repair scopes to customers.
- Maintain detailed service records and customer databases.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Manage payment processing and administrative documentation for completed jobs.
- Collaborate with workshop managers to optimize daily workflow and workshop efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent professional certification.
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the automotive or workshop industry.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and scheduling software.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
- High level of integrity, patience, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on workshop environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
