Responsibility
- Provide multilingual customer support (Cantonese and English) via phone, email, and chat for travel-related inquiries.
- Assist customers with booking modifications, cancellations, and refunds while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications
- Fluency in Cantonese and English (written and verbal) is mandatory.
