Responsibility
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Take and accurately process food and beverage orders using our POS system.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation and quality standards are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized café environment, including tables, counters, and service areas.
- Provide personalized recommendations and answer guest inquiries about menu items.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Handle cash and card transactions with accuracy and integrity.
- Assist in restocking supplies and preparing the café for daily operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality role is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high service standards.
