Responsibility
- Greet and serve customers with a friendly, welcoming, and professional demeanor.
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and other cafe beverages according to brand standards.
- Assist in the preparation of light meals and menu items as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workspace, including seating areas and service counters.
- Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stocking and display arrangements.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and health regulations.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations during peak and off-peak hours.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a cafe, restaurant, or customer service role is preferred, though entry-level candidates with a great attitude are welcome to apply.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to provide excellent customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and cafe workflows.
- Good command of English; ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety practices (certification is a plus).
