As we expand our footprint, weâre seeking a Cadet Engineer â Maintenance to support our mission in Bali, Indonesia.

Responsibility
- Assist in the preventive and corrective maintenance of poultry processing equipment, machinery, and facility infrastructure.
- Support senior engineers in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and automation systems to ensure minimal production disruptions.
- Conduct routine inspections and document maintenance activities, equipment performance, and repair logs.
- Collaborate with production teams to optimize equipment efficiency and reduce energy consumption.
- Assist in the installation, calibration, and testing of new machinery and systems.
- Adhere to safety protocols, hygiene standards, and regulatory compliance (e.g., HACCP, ISO) in all maintenance tasks.
- Participate in training programs to develop technical skills in industrial maintenance and poultry-specific technologies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying maintenance bottlenecks and proposing solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical circuits, or automation (academic projects or internships are a plus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to technical challenges.
- Familiarity with maintenance tools, diagnostic equipment, and CAD software is advantageous.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, shift-based environments (including occasional overtime).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and commit to a long-term career in the poultry industry.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian is a bonus.
