Responsibility
- Oversee daily office and clinic operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
- Coordinate and manage schedules for staff, appointments, and student programs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for universities, students, and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships.
- Support the development and execution of student engagement programs, including workshops, seminars, and outreach initiatives.
- Manage administrative tasks such as documentation, reporting, and compliance with organizational policies.
- Assist in the planning and execution of clinic events, promotions, and community outreach activities.
- Monitor inventory and supplies, ensuring the clinic is well-stocked and operational at all times.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in administrative, coordination, or office support roles.
- Proven experience in stakeholder engagement, particularly with universities or educational institutions.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with healthcare or chiropractic industry is a plus.
